  • Ms. Clean Canada offers cleaning services for residential, commercial, retail, and post-construction/occupancy spaces. Service specifics are outlined in individual agreements or consultations.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance.

  • Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. For recurring services, invoices will be issued based on the agreed schedule.

  • Ms. Clean Canada reserves the right to adjust pricing based on changes in service scope or unforeseen challenges during cleaning.
     

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Ms. Clean Canada reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with advance notice provided whenever possible.
     

4. Service Guarantee

  • Ms. Clean Canada is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
     

5. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide access to the property during the scheduled cleaning time.

  • Ms. Clean Canada is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to restricted access.

  • Any specific access instructions or security measures must be communicated in advance.
     

6. Liability

  • Ms. Clean Canada takes every precaution to handle your property with care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or the deterioration of items cleaned.

  • Ms. Clean Canada carries liability insurance for your peace of mind in the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team.
     

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Ms. Clean Canada respects your privacy. Any personal or property-related information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for service purposes.

8. Prohibited Items and Areas

  • Our team is unable to handle hazardous materials, large furniture moves, or areas deemed unsafe.

  • If there are specific items or areas requiring special handling, please inform us during booking.
     

9. Modifications to Terms

  • Ms. Clean Canada reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
     

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with Ontario law.
